Oihab is a Full Professor of Information Systems Management and Purchasing Management at NEOMA Business School in Reims, France. He received a PhD in Management Sciences from the University Grenoble-Alpes and an Habilitation to Direct Research at the University of Nantes. His research topics are information systems management and purchasing management in general, and more specifically e-business, serious games, digital transformation, cloud computing, digital heritage, and open innovation. His research has been published in Journal of Business research, Journal of Global Information Management, Information Systems and Management, and other ranked international journals. He also likes publishing book chapters and case studies. Oihab his involved in several editorial boards and has participated in the organization of numerous research events. He held managerial positions within faculty and has participated to the creation and development of educational programs.

Arash Aloosh holds a PhD in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School and spent two years at Columbia Business School as a Visiting Scholar. He is the coordinator and instructor of Blockchain and FinTech courses at NEOMA BS. Arash's research are threefold: First, International Asset Pricing, a conventional subject covering currency risk factors, international asset management, and currency risk management. Second, CryptoCurrencies, DeFi (Decentralized Finance), and FinTech, which are of an unconventional and fast growing nature. Third, Public Health, which is highly impactful. Arash has published in Management Science (forthcoming), Lancet, and Nature among others. He has served as a cryptocurrency advisor of Consilience Ventures, and is currently a research associate at the Digital Finance Chair and an affiliate researcher at the Cardiff FinTech Research Group.

Nishani is an Assistant professor in the People and Organizations Department at NEOMA Business School. Nishani’s research explores how deeply embedded norms shape the experience of both individuals and organizations during times of transition and change. She uses qualitative and quantitative research methods in her work. Some examples of her research include studying former Paris subway drivers and how norms of responsibility internalized in this occupation shape their experience when they are promoted to managers. Other research focuses on understanding the role that broader societal norms, and the degree to which organizations internalize these norms, can play when organizations decide to change the types of organizational practices they use. Nishani focuses on the challenges of adopting less hierarchical practices as well as various compensation practices in the cultural context of France. Her research appears in journals such as Organization Science. She holds a doctorate from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University. Prior to joining academia, Nishani worked in finance trading fixed income products on Wall Street.

Her research interests center around the role of emotions at work, organizational creativity, and inequality in HR decisions. Hae-Jung HONG is Assistant professor at NEOMA Business School. She received her PhD from ESSEC Business School and was a visiting research fellow at INSEAD. Dr. Hong was selected as a finalist for the Barry M. Richman’s Best Doctoral Dissertation Award by the IM Division at the 2013 Academy of Management annual meeting and awarded a Highly Commended Award Winner of the 2013 Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Awards in the Management and Governance category. Dr. Hong’s research focuses on multicultural individuals: their contributions to firms’ innovation, organizational enabling factors for competitive advantages, and identity work. Nathalie Janson earned a PhD in Economics at the Université Paris I-La Sorbonne in collaboration with the ESSEC PhD programme. Since 2001, she is an Associate Professor of Economics at NEOMA Busines School where she teaches mostly Microeconomics, Money and Banking and Banking Organisation and Regulation. She has lectured in many countries including France, the USA, Colombia, China and Italy. Her main research interests are banking regulation (especially Basel regulation) and monetary policy design. Some of her research work has been published in peer-reviewed journals. She is present in the media and writes regularly for the press on issues related to the Euro area (the Greek crisis, the question of the Brexit and the current tension with the new elected Italian government), central bank monetary policy decisions and regulation of the banking industry. She develops a recent interest in cryptocurrencies.

Stephane Lhuillery is full professor of industrial economics and innovation, and hold the NEOMA Chair in Industrial Bioeconomy. He graduated from the Ecole Normale Superieure in Cachan, has a PhD in Industrial Economics (Paris Nord University), and is authorised to supervise research (HDR from Paris Dauphine University). Formerly Associate Professor at Paris Nord University (1998-2004), he joined Dominique Foray's Chair of Economics and Innovation Management at EPFL (Lausanne) before becoming professor at ICN Business School (2011-2017). His main research interests are in knowledge creation and dissemination. He first studied how firms organize to absorb and disseminate knowledge. He then examined the co-factors driving the successful, lasting innovation: governance practices, R&D department structure, organizational slack, and complementary assets such as marketing. He has also worked in specific technological fields, such as Biotech, Nanotech, Med-tech and Green-Tech. Finally, the analysis and assessment of innovation policies are central to his work. These different fields of expertise have led him to serve regularly on national or international committees (France Strategies, HCERES, MESRI, INSEE; OECD, WIPO, European Commission). His writings have appeared in the leading academic journals in his field, such as Research Policy, Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of Evolutionary Economics, Economics of Innovation and New Technology, Industry and Innovation among others. Riadh MANITA holds a PhD in Management Sciences and a diploma in Accounting Expertise. After working for nine years in audit and consulting firms, he redirected his career path toward teaching and research. He joined NEOMA BS in 2008 where he held several responsible positions such as Manager of the Audit Expertise Programme. In pedagogic matters, he was responsible for several courses including Accounting under IFRS, International Reporting, Financial Auditing and Group Taxation and Introduction to Financial Reporting. . Dr. Mozart Menezes is a professor at NEOMA Business School, where he is the director of the Centre of Expertise on Complexity and Business Transformation. In the past, he has served as Professor of Supply Chain Management and PhD Program Director at the MIT-Zaragoza Logistics Centre, and at HEC School of Management in Paris. He has been also a Research Affiliate at the Centre for Transportation and Logistics at MIT. He has also taught at Haskaye School of Business, at University of Calgary, and at KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux. He worked for several years as Operations Manager at Procter & Gamble, prior to which, he worked as Project Manager for near 10 years for various engineering companies. He has been or is involved in research projects with several large companies, such as Acciona Energy, Alcatel-Lucent, the City of Calgary, Danone-Nutricia, Environmental Refuelling Systems, Doctors without Borders (MSF), General Motors, Groupe Casino, Saica Natur, Telefonica, and WestJet. He obtained a BSc in Civil Engineering in Brazil. Dr. Menezes received an MSc degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Project Management, and an MSc degree in Industrial Administration from Clemson University, USA. He received a PhD degree in Operations Management from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, Canada. His research interests include Business Complexity and Risk, Supply Chain Network Design, Supply Chain Resilience, and the impact of Social Networks on Operations. Valéry MICHAUX holds a PhD and a Habilitation to Supervise Research and she joined NEOMA Business School in 2004 after gaining sixteen years of experience, first in the private sector (cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries) and then in the parapublic sector (concerted local policy work relating to employment/health/disability). She received a Prix de thèse national FNEGE for her thesis on Collective Expertise in High-Performance Situations in the Field of Repatriation Assistance. Between 2004 and 2012, she coordinated several research projects focusing on the links between Emerging Strategies, Public Policy, Performance and Territory which resulted in two books: one on Wine Industry Clusters and the other on Concerted Local Politics. At the same time she has worked for a number of years on Transformations and Changes brought on by Technology. Between 2012 and 2015 Valéry was Director of Research at NEOMA Business School. From the beginning of her career, she has published recognized CNRS academic articles in the fields of Organisational Theory, Information Systems or Strategy. She is part of the scientific committees on several academic reviews and several French and International academic associations.

After retraining for professional integration, she worked for 5 years as a consultant for a specialized private practice in Rouen. Vicky then joined NEOMA Business School in 2009 where she held an international coordination position, before joining the “Talent & Career” department as a Career Consultant. Passionate about personal development, Vicky Millar today takes care of individual student counseling. Jinhyuck (Joseph) Park is an Assistant Professor in Strategy & Entrepreneurship department at NEOMA Business School. He obtained a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Economics from Seoul National University (Seoul, South Korea). Aurélien has been Professor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at NEOMA Business School since September 2008. Aurélien is Engineer of the Ecole Centrale de Lille, holder of a M.Sc. from Cranfield University and earned his PhD in Management Sciences in 2007 at the Research Centre for Transport and Logistics (CRET-LOP) at the Université Aix-Marseille. Giacomo SBRANA is Full professor at NEOMA Business School since 2019. He joined the school as assistant professor in August 2011 and became Associate professor in 2014. Before joining NEOMA, from 2005 until 2009, he worked as associate expert at the Department of Economic and Social Affairs of the United Nations in New York (USA). Giacomo holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Southampton (obtained in 2003), a PhD in Statistics from the University of Roma TRE (obtained in 2004) and a postdoc at BETA, Université de Strasbourg (from 2009 until 2011). Birgit joined Neoma Business School as Professor in Organisational Behaviour in 2017, after 11 years in the UK, first as Reader at University of Portsmouth and then at Durham University, later as full Professor at Durham University. After receiving her PhD from the University of Leipzig, Germany in 2001, she worked at University of Leipzig before moving to the Netherlands, where she lived and worked from 2002 to 2006 at Tilburg University and later at University of Twente. Her research focus is leadership, particularly the follower side of leadership as well as the dark side of leadership. She has published on topics including Leader-Member Exchange, transformational leadership, implicit leadership theories, followers’ perception of leadership and, more recently, destructive leadership. Birgit has edited several special issues and four books. She was associate editor for European Journal of Work and Organizational psychology (till 2011) and British Journal of Management (till 2013) and is currently associate editor for Applied Psychology: An International Review. Birgit serves on several editorial boards. Birgit has supervised several PhD students, mainly on leadership.

Christopher Williams (BSc, MBA, PhD, CEng, MBCS) is Professor in the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Department at NEOMA Business School where he teaches in the areas of strategy and international business. Hong Zhao is an Assistant Professor of Finance at NEOMA Business School in France. Hong graduated from Arizona State University with a PhD in Finance in 2017. He has also earned a Master's Degree in Economics from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Mathematics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. Hong’s research interests fall under the broad label of empirical corporate finance. His current papers investigate how different mechanisms affect CEO incentives and board governance.
